What does Operly cost and which plans are there?

There are two plans.

  • Pro: $50 a month, or $500 a year, with 3 team member seats.
  • Business: $200 a month, or $2,000 a year, with up to 20 seats.

Paying yearly gives you two months free: Pro is $500 a year instead of $600, and Business is $2,000 a year instead of $2,400.

Business adds premium voice calls, five times the premium usage and up to 20 seats. Everything else, including your chief of staff, inbox, tasks and calendar, routines and the content studio, is on both plans. Your own plan, price and next charge date are shown in Settings > Billing. See the pricing page for the full comparison.

What is the difference between Pro and Business?

Business is Pro plus these:

  • More seats: up to 20 team member seats, against 3 on Pro. On Pro, hiring past 3 shows “Upgrade to Business to hire more staff”.
  • Premium voice calls with your team members. Pro includes voice chat with your chief of staff, and dictation. See Voice.
  • Five times the premium usage of Pro.

All other features are on both plans, including the workspace computer, with Screen and takeover. Each account has one computer. See the workspace computer.

How do I change my plan or switch between monthly and yearly?

Open Settings > Billing and press Change plan (on Pro you will also see Upgrade now). Pick Monthly or Annual, then choose a plan. A plan that has no price for that interval shows “Not available monthly” or “Not available annually”.

Before you confirm, the dialog shows the cost. For an upgrade it says how much you will be charged today, then the regular price. For a move to a lower plan, it says you keep your current plan until the end of the billing period and nothing is charged today. Press Confirm change to finish.

If the dialog says your plan cannot be changed there, use Email support.

How do I update my card or see my invoices?

Open Settings > Billing. Under your plan, press Update payment method (or Add payment method if none is saved) to open the payment form. The saved card is shown below your plan with its last four digits and expiry.

Billing history lists each invoice with its date, amount and status, with a Download link when a PDF is available.

Only the workspace owner can open Billing. Other members see “Billing is managed by the workspace owner”. For a billing question, email support@getoperly.ai.

Can I pause my plan instead of cancelling?

Yes, for most self-serve plans. In Settings > Billing, press Pause plan and choose 30, 60 or 90 days. The dialog shows the date your plan resumes automatically. The screen says you are not billed until then, and that your workspace, agents and knowledge bases are kept.

While paused you can press Resume Now or Extend Pause. Pause is not offered if you have a plan change scheduled, a cancellation pending, or a plan managed by a partner.

The pause screen does not have a Cancel button. To cancel a paused plan, contact support.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Settings > Billing and press Cancel subscription. The dialog lists what you would lose, offers to pause instead, and asks you to type CONFIRM. You can then add an optional reason.

Cancelling does not end access straight away. The screen says you keep full access until the end of your current billing period, and shows that date. After that, the app says your workspace and content will no longer be accessible.

Changed your mind? Before that date, press Resume My Plan in Billing. If you cancel while on a trial, the dialog says you keep access until the trial ends and will not be charged.

Can I get a refund?

You can get a full refund of your most recent billing period if you contact support within 7 days of your purchase date or renewal date and, since that date, your account has used less than 10% of one month's AI usage included in your plan. Settings > Usage shows your monthly usage as a percentage; support checks the exact amount from your account records. This applies to monthly and annual plans alike. If you used 10% or more, or you ask after 7 days, that period is not eligible for a refund, except where the law requires one.

Discounted or promotional offers, including $1 or other reduced-price trials, are final and non-refundable, and so is any extra usage you chose to buy. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Cancelling stops future billing but does not by itself refund a charge already made.

In the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom? If you are a consumer, you can also cancel within 14 days of purchase for any reason. We refund what you paid, less a proportionate amount for the service you already used.

Ask through the Support page.

My payment failed. What do I do?

If a payment does not go through, Billing shows Payment failed and says access is limited until it is settled. The workspace owner can press Update payment method there.

If the workspace is locked, the owner sees “Your Operly workspace is paused” with Retry Payment Now and Update Payment Method buttons. The screen says your workspace and saved work are still there. Other members are told the account owner needs to update the billing details. If a subscription was cancelled after a failed payment, the owner sees Reactivate Subscription, and the app may direct them to choose a plan again or contact support.

What happens when my included usage runs out?

Each plan includes a monthly amount of AI usage. Chat, content generation, routines and calls all draw on the same allowance, shared by everyone in the workspace. Settings > Usage shows one bar and the date it resets. A warning appears when about a quarter is left.

When it is used up, AI work pauses. The message says your work is still there. Your options are to turn on extra usage, raise your extra usage limit if it is already on, upgrade to Business if you are on Pro, or wait for the reset. Business has five times the premium usage of Pro.

How does extra usage work?

Extra usage lets AI keep running after your included usage is spent. It is off until you turn it on in Settings > Usage. You need a card on file; if there is none, Operly asks for one on a secure Stripe page.

You choose the most you can be charged in a billing cycle, with quick choices of $10, $20, $50 or $100, or a custom amount. The page says you are charged in $50 steps as you use it, with any remainder charged when the cycle closes, and never above your limit. You can lower the limit (not below what is already used) or Turn off extra usage. Charges already made are unchanged.

Is there a free trial?

Not on the normal checkout. You pick a plan and pay by card to start: Pro is $50 a month or $500 a year, and Business is $200 a month or $2,000 a year.

Some offers, such as certain partner sign-up pages, begin with a short paid trial. That page states the trial price, how long it lasts, what it renews to afterwards, and whether the trial fee is refundable, so read it before you pay. In Settings > Billing a trial shows a Trial label and a line such as “Trial pricing until [date], then [price]”. You can cancel a trial in Billing; the dialog says you keep access until it ends.

How do I change my name, language, theme or text size?

All of this is in Settings. Press the floating Save button to keep changes.

  • Profile: edit your name, Role, Company Name, Location and Timezone. Your email shows but cannot be edited here. Sign Out is at the top.
  • Appearance: choose Language (English, Spanish or Portuguese), color mode (Light, Dark or System), an accent color, fonts, and Density (Compact, Comfortable or Spacious). You can also choose a Default Home Screen.

With Portuguese, only the app screens change for now. Emails, notifications and your team members still write in English.

How do I change how my team writes to me?

Open Settings > AI Preferences.

  • Email AI tone sets how drafted emails sound, from Super conversational to Direct.
  • Communication Style: Professional, Casual or Direct.
  • Detail Level: Concise, Balanced or Detailed.
  • Proactivity: Low, Medium or High, which sets how often suggestions are offered.
  • Working Hours: a start and end time (6:00 to 22:00 by default).

Individual team members can also have their own instructions.

Will Operly send emails without my approval?

In chat, Operly only sends an email when your latest message clearly asks it to send. Otherwise it shows a draft card in the chat for you to review, and you choose what happens next.

There is also a setting, Require Email Approval, in Settings > Email Automation. It is on by default. The screen says that when it is on, AI-composed emails are shown as drafts for you to review and approve before sending. You can turn it off. Turning it off does not let Operly send on its own in chat; it can send directly only when you ask it to send a specific email.

For your team members' own work, it depends on your plan. Your team carries out the sends you ask for, so ask for drafts when you want to read first.

Can I export my data or delete my account?

Both are in Settings > Data & Privacy.

  • Export All Data downloads a ZIP of your workspace data. The page lists what it includes: documents, conversations, tasks, reminders and projects, memory entries, generated images and videos (as metadata and links), slideshows, and personas and settings.
  • Delete Account goes to a confirmation page. The page says deleting your account permanently removes your documents, conversations, tasks and settings and cannot be undone.

Cancelling a subscription is separate, and deleting your account does not cancel it. Cancel in Settings > Billing first, then delete the account.
