The workspace computer gives your team members a computer with a browser. Each account has one computer. They can do what you would do by hand: search, click, type, compare and complete the task.

Ask for the result you want and your team members use the computer when the job needs it. You never have to ask for it by name.

• Book your travel: flights, hotels and rental cars
• Shop for you: find it, compare prices and add it to the cart
• Fill in forms and applications
• Check live websites, prices and listings
• Clean up spreadsheets and documents
• Build pages, sites and games

Ask the way you would ask a person

Try “find me a flight to Denver next Thursday and hold the best option,” “check this supplier’s price and tell me if it changed,” or “build me a landing page for the workshop.” Your team members work through the steps on the computer and report back.

You stay in control

Watch your team members work on a live screen beside the conversation. When you want the mouse and keyboard yourself, press Take over, then hand it back. That makes it easy to handle the final confirmation on anything that matters.

When a job needs one of your accounts, you sign in yourself on the screen. Your team members then use that sign-in, and they never see your password.

What gets built, and where it goes

Pages, sites and games your team builds show up in a Build area with preview links and publishing. Anything important is saved back to your Files, so it does not get lost.
