Help
Your team
Your team is a set of AI team members, each with their own name, job and conversation. You talk to each one in their own thread and give them work from there.
Help / Your team
How does my team work?
Every team member has their own conversation. Choose a name under Your team in the left rail to open it and type a request. Your main agent is always pinned at the top, and you can pin or reorder the others.
Beside a thread, Desk shows that person's Work (progress, results and anything waiting for you) and their Routines. You do not choose an AI model; you choose who should do the job. See team members for what they do.
How do I hire a team member?
- In the left rail, choose Hire someone.
- On What do you do?, pick the lane closest to your work, such as Real estate, Online store or Coaching / consulting. You see three people ready to start.
- Tap a name to rename them and tap a photo to change it. On Business you can also pick a voice.
- Choose Hire.
Or choose Create your own to name them, pick a face and write the job yourself. Open Advanced to change instructions, skills or notes before you hire.
How many team members can I have?
Pro includes 3 seats and Business includes up to 20. A seat is a place for one team member. When your team is full, Hire someone shows Upgrade to Business to hire on Pro, and the upgrade window shows how many seats you have filled.
See pricing for what each plan includes.
How do I build a team member from scratch?
Choose Hire someone, then Create your own. You can fill in:
- Name, a role, and a face (pick one or upload your own).
- Instructions: how they should work.
- Skills: playbooks you tick.
- Notes for them: paste a bio, offer, price list or how you work, or add a PDF or Word (.docx) file.
Then choose Hire. Specific instructions work better than general ones: say what to do, what to hand back, and what to check with you first.
How do I change a team member's name, photo, role or instructions?
Open their thread and choose the Agent settings button in the header, or right-click their name in the rail and choose Edit. Under Member settings you can change the photo, Name, Role, Instructions and Voice. Open Advanced for skills and extra tools. Choose Save when you are done.
Photos must be JPEG, PNG or WebP and 5MB or smaller.
Can I give a team member a voice?
Yes. In Member settings, Voice lets you pick a voice and press Preview to hear how they sound on a call. On Business you can also pick a voice while hiring.
Calling a team member out loud with premium voice is a Business feature. Pro includes voice chat with your chief of staff, and dictation. See voice.

What are Skills and how do I add one?
A Skill is a saved playbook for a job you repeat, with a name, a /slash command and written steps. It is instructions, not a separate AI.
- Open Skills in the Workspace rail.
- Choose Create skill, describe the job in a sentence and choose Draft skill.
- Edit the name, slash command and playbook, then Save skill.
- Under Toggles add to, pick a team member and switch the skill on for them.
Then type the slash command in their thread or pick it from the Skills menu. A team member can hold up to 20 skills.
What can a team member use besides skills?
Every hired team member always has files, tasks, email, Studio, calendar, reminders, projects and reading a public page you give them a link to. In Member settings, under Advanced, you can add up to 8 extra tools to a hired team member from the Extra kit list. The counter shows how many you have used, and the list stops offering more at 8.
Your main agent has the full tool set, so it has no extra kit to manage.
How do I pin, mute, archive or delete a team member?
Right-click a name in the rail, or use the menu on touch. It offers Edit, Mute or Unmute, Pin to top, Move up, Move down, Call, Archive, Replace and Delete. The main agent stays pinned and can't be archived.
Archive hides a team member and pauses their routines. You can bring them back from Settings, Archived Agents. Delete removes the seat and its whole conversation for good, and can't be undone.
Will my team ask before they do things?
Your team carries out the sends you ask for, so ask for drafts when you want to read first.
When a team member needs your approval, it appears in their Work tab with Review action, Approve and Reject. You can also stop an active job there, though stopping can't undo an action already underway.
Two settings shape this. Require Email Approval (Settings, Email Automation) is on by default and shows AI-written emails as drafts for you to review. AI Team approval mode (Settings, Team) offers Approval mode, the default, or YOLO mode, which acts without asking.
