Routines

Routines that run without being asked

Most AI waits for you to type. Routines work on a schedule, so the useful thing is already there.

Name it, pick the trigger, and write the instruction. A made-up workspace.

The morning briefing

The Morning Briefing routine is a template. By default it runs daily at 7:00 in your workspace timezone. It summarizes the tasks due today and this week, flags overdue work, lists today’s calendar events with prep notes and suggests your top three priorities.

The result is saved to routine history, so you can read it when you are ready.

Your own routines

Write what you want in plain English and let it run on a schedule or when a trigger fires: every Monday, every weekday at 8am, or when mail arrives from a specific client.

Lead generation routines

Describe who you want to reach and set it as a routine. Your team members research on a schedule and draft outreach for each prospect for you to review. You decide who to contact.
