Inbox
Inbox rules and drafted replies
Your inbox is a job you never posted. Operly takes the repeatable part of it off your hands.

Connect the accounts you already use
Add Gmail, Outlook through Microsoft sign-in, or another account through IMAP. Multiple accounts can share one Email area, so you are not checking three inboxes in three places.
Rules in plain English
Describe what should happen and Operly turns it into a rule that runs on its own. For example: at 8am every weekday, archive promotions, star email from VIP clients and send me my schedule on Telegram.
You can see what each rule did and adjust it as real messages arrive.
Replies stay in your hands
Operly prepares a reply as a draft in the tone you choose. You read it, edit it and decide whether it goes out. Notifications and task creation are separate actions, so a message can ping you, become a task, or both.
Questions
Which email providers does Operly work with?
Gmail, Outlook and any account available through IMAP, including Yahoo and iCloud.
Will Operly send email without my approval?
Replies written for your rules are saved as drafts for you to review. For your team members’ own work, it depends on your plan: your team carries out the sends you ask for, so ask for drafts when you want to read first.
Are inbox rules on every plan?
Yes. Inbox rules and drafted replies are on both Pro and Business.
